Book Recommendation Links located below...I love books. I love to read them and I love to have them read to me. I owe a big thank you to so many people who have given me books. It means I get to have a room full of books that I can just pick up and start reading at any time. It's fun to read books over and over again. I almost always find something different about the story or in the pictures when I read the book again. I've been lucky that many of the book club books that are part of my local libraries Kids Book Club are books I already have, so I can re-read them too.
I also like that I can buy books with my allowance at the Friend's of the Los Gatos Library non-profit for just $1.00 a book. How awesome is that? My mom is also pretty good about buying me more kids books, especially from the Scholastic Book Fair at Stratford School that's held every month and from our local books stores and Amazon. Geronimo Stilton is one my current favorite collection from that book fair.
I also like that I can give away some of my books in my
Little Free Library
so that others can enjoy the stories too. I hope you enjoy my list of some great kids books to buy. My kids book recommendations are broken down by
Toddler Tuesday
(books I really loved when I was a little younger and ones that parents will enjoy reading to their younger kids) and
Winner Wednesday
(which is a collection of books that are good for an older kid to read or for a parent or loved one to read to a kid that has more of a story to it).
